Service Cancellation

You may cancel scheduled tree and shrub care services according to the following terms:

  • Cancellation 48 hours or more before service: Full refund of any deposit
  • Cancellation 24-48 hours before service: 50% refund of deposit
  • Cancellation less than 24 hours before service: No refund

Service Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with completed services, please contact us within 7 days of service completion. We will work with you to address any concerns and may offer:

  • Service correction or rework
  • Partial refund for unsatisfactory work
  • Credit toward future services

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Processing time may take 5-10 business days.

Weather-Related Cancellations

Services may be rescheduled due to severe weather conditions at no additional charge. No cancellation fees apply for weather-related rescheduling.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Services already completed (unless service satisfaction policy applies)
  • Emergency service call fees
  • Consultation fees if service is not booked
